Is a spook's tale a fan book because it is not in the wardstone nor starblade chronicles
Questions & Answers
Hi Mr. Delaney, I was was wondering in wat kind of time period the wardstone & starblade chronicles were set. In the first book Tom mentioned something about the British civil war so I guess its set somewhere in between the late 1600's to early/mid 1700's but I would like to know if I am right. Thanks
Dear Mr Delaney,
I have only just started reading your books but I enjoying them greatly I would like to know if you will write a book about the spooks life. From when he was just an apprentice to when tom became his. I would really like to know about all the spooks adventures
thank you for reading my message
Hi Mr. Delaney! I'm Lois, and it really feels good asking my favorite author! So, I'm already 13 years old, and believe it or not, I'm an aspiring author AND I'm writing my own novels. So far it's good, but there is only one problem that I have: I'm pretty good at procrastinating at doing stuff (mostly writing my stories). Can you please give me an advise on how I can change this trait? Sometimes I also feel down when my negative side tells me that my story is like the stories of other great authors, and that's when I start procrastinating. Please give me an advise, and if you reply, thank you so much because this is my first time asking an author! Thank you very much, keep writing awesome books, and hugs and kisses! From your biggest fan, Lois.
Dear Mr Delaney
I know you probably here this everyday, but i am your biggest fan.
My question is.... will there be another series after the starblade trilogy that features Tom or not?
Please don't tell me he dies in the dark assasin?????!!!!!!!
Your Biggest Fan, Omar
I'm so annoyed that Tom took Alice back so easily! I loved them as they were in the other books and really thought that they could be a couple but not after she betrayed him the way she did. I know she explained it but he just seemed to forgive her so easily and it makes me think that Tom is a bit of a soft touch and an idiot!
If Bill is making an appearance in the final book then is John Gregory too?
I'm right now after the first 100 pages of "The dark army" and it appears to me that Grimalkin seems to have lost her good judgement and makes plenty of wrong assumptions, bad decisions and terrible mistakes.
Why is that so?
Has her hatred for the Kobalos overcome her judgement? Is she having a "very bad day"? Is she underestimating the Kobalos (well... she definitely seems to be) or finally met a task that is too big for her? Or did you just wanted to make her more "human", more fallible?
I'don't know, I continue reading of course, but I'm seriously questioning myself what had happened to Grimalkin, the steely warrior who never could be surprised or outmatched by anyone. It's probably the years... ;-) ?
What is the future holding for us. As we all have to come to the realisation that the spook books will end which makes me cry lol I have read both the arena 13 books and have found myself excited by them and waiting for the next book is as bad as the wait for the spook books so I guess the big question I have is with the end of the arena 13 book the prey I found myself jumping for joy by the last paragraph how many books will arena 13 have in its collection
I have been reading your books all summer and I love them! I wrote this regarding Alice and Tom, hoping that they will be in love again. Is there still a chance or has she moved on? I really hope not, I love them in the series! Hopefully they will live in Chipenden together. Fingers crossed. Going to pick up The Starblade Chronicles soon, and excited for the third one to come out!
Keep writing great books:)
A fan of yours.
